 Today we colored in pictures. I liked choosing the colors.

Today me and my reading group had to do a reading task which was to record a video of us doing a play.

Plot plants

                             Upcycling

Looked  online  to  find   a  design  

Got  old  bottles  and   cut   them  into shapes

Put   two coats of white paint 

Wait  for  it to dry

Choose paint colors and a  tessellation design,

I chose hearts.

Painted the colors on the bottle

Wait for it to dry and add another coat.

Rainbow Haiku

 

Today I made a haiku poem about a rainbow. I learnt that a haiku has three lines. The first line has five syllables the second line has seven syllables the third line has five syllables. This was a tricky thing to do I needed to keep a count of the syllables and change some words or leave some out altogether.

Clark's Cakes

Today Shayelah came to talk to room 11 Ahipara School about her business. Shayelah makes yummy cakes and she decorates them I want Shayelah to decorate MY cake . I would like a chocolate unicorn cake .I think she works really hard making beautiful cakes .Check them out at Clark's Cakes
